Katsina Governor Creates New Ministry in Cabinet Reshuffle
Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, has announced a major reshuffle of his cabinet, which includes the creation of a new Ministry of Livestock Development. The Governor's Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula-Mohammed, disclosed this in a statement on Saturday. He explained that the changes are intended to improve service delivery and performance across key sectors. A key feature of the reshuffle is the splitting of the former Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development. Professor Ahmad Muhammad-Bakori has been moved to lead the newly established Ministry of Livestock Development. Other significant redeployments include: Alhaji Aliyu Lawal-Zakari moves from Youth and Sports to head the Ministry of Agriculture.
