Actress and filmmaker Fathia Balogun has dismissed claims that she is in conflict with fellow Nollywood star Funke Akindele. The rumours started after Funke sent Fathia a warm birthday message on February 5 and Fathia replied in Yoruba with “Ose Iya Ibeji,” meaning “thank you, mother of twins.” A blogger later suggested the exchange looked awkward, implying there was tension between the two actresses. Fathia has now rejected that narrative, accusing bloggers of creating unnecessary drama and spreading false stories about her relationships.
