Health Minister Assures Nurses of Salary Payment Soon
The Minister of Health has reassured nurses facing salary delays that the government is taking urgent steps to resolve the issue. Speaking during an engagement with health workers at Bibiani Government Hospital in the Western North Region, the Minister acknowledged the difficulties caused by the arrears and appealed for patience as the government works toward a solution. “We understand the challenges the delay has brought to you and your families, and I want to assure you that the Ministry of Health, together with the Ministry of Finance, is taking the necessary steps to settle all outstanding salaries soon,” he said.
