Army trains personnel on cyber security, social media risks

The Nigerian Army has launched a three day Social Media Awareness Campaign to improve cyber security awareness and responsible online behaviour among its personnel. The programme is organised by the Nigerian Army Cyber Warfare Command and is holding at Lt Gen T A Lagbaja Hall, Ribadu Cantonment, from March 24 to 26.​ Declaring the event open, the General Officer Commanding 1 Division, Maj Gen Abubakar Wase, said the initiative is designed to equip personnel with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the digital space safely.
