Ange Postecoglou has admitted that taking the Nottingham Forest manager job was a bad decision and says he accepts full responsibility for how things turned out. The Australian coach lasted just over a month at the Premier League club and failed to win any of his eight matches in charge. EPL: Ange Postecoglou set to become Nottingham Forest head coach

Ange Postecoglou has agreed terms to take over as head coach of Nottingham Forest, following the dismissal of Nuno Espirito Santo. According to Sky Sports, the 60-year-old Australian finalised an agreement with the club ahead of their upcoming Premier League clash against Arsenal. This appointment marks Postecoglou’s return to English football after his departure from Tottenham Hotspur at the end of last season. Despite Spurs finishing 17th in the league, he delivered the club a historic Europa League triumph, ending their long-running trophy drought. Postecoglou will become Forest’s eighth permanent manager since Evangelos Marinakis took ownership in 2017. Forest currently sit 10th in the table after three matches this season.
