Réuni lundi à Lomé , le Cadre Permanent de Concertation (CPC) a mis sur la table plusieurs préoccupations liées à l’organisation des prochaines élections municipales . Parmi les points les plus débattus figurent notamment le montant du dépôt électoral, le financement public des campagnes, ainsi que les difficultés administratives rencontrées par certains candidats. Actuellement fixé à 50 000 FCFA , le dépôt exigé pour se porter candidat est jugé trop élevé par une large partie de la classe politique.
