NASPA Executives Petition NSA over Delayed Dues & Elections
The regional presidents of the National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) have petitioned the Director-General of the National Service Authority (NSA), expressing serious concerns over ongoing delays in disbursing NASPA dues and allowances. The August 1, 2025 petition warns that the prolonged funding gap is crippling operations at regional and district levels, undermining personnel welfare initiatives across Ghana. The executives also challenged the indefinite postponement of NASPA’s national elections, calling for transparency and immediate publication of a revised election calendar. Signatories include all ten regional NASPA presidents, who have given the NSA until August 6, 2025 to respond; failure to do so would trigger further actions. Copies of the petition were shared with NSA Board members, Deputy Directors, Regional Directors, and the NASPA National Executive Committee.
