Le CERA-FP présente les résultats du projet DHPCS sur la participation citoyenne

Le Centre d’Études et de Recherche Appliquées en Finances Publiques (CERA-FP) a organisé, le mardi 30 septembre 2025 à Ouagadougou, un atelier de restitution du projet DHPCS, conduit de 2022 à 2025 dans six communes du Burkina Faso. Selon Amine Yaser Zoungrana, chargé du projet, l’initiative visait à renforcer l’implication des femmes, des jeunes et des personnes vivant avec un handicap dans les processus décisionnels afin d’orienter les investissements publics vers les secteurs prioritaires. Le projet s’est déroulé en deux phases : la première dans les communes de Bagassi, Pâ et Founza, et la seconde dans celles de Ziniaré, Korsimoro et Nagréongo. L’approche adoptée reposait sur une extension progressive pour instaurer une dynamique durable de participation citoyenne. Le CLP célèbre les trois ans du MPSR2 et rend hommage à Thomas Sankara

Le Collectif des Leaders Panafricains (CLP) a célébré, le mardi 30 septembre 2025 à Ouagadougou, le troisième anniversaire du Mouvement patriotique pour la sauvegarde et la restauration (MPSR2), arrivé au pouvoir le 30 septembre 2022. À cette occasion, le collectif a dressé un bilan jugé positif de la « Révolution progressiste populaire » conduite par le Capitaine Ibrahim Traoré et ses frères d’armes. Sur le plan sécuritaire, il a été noté l’acquisition de nouveaux armements et la réinstallation de plusieurs localités. Kasoa Man Arrested After Girlfriend Found Dead in His Room

The Kasoa Ofaakor District Police Command has arrested a 25-year-old man, identified as Kwame Whisky, after his girlfriend, Linda, 22, was found dead in his room at Awutu Papaase in the Awutu Senya West District of the Central Region. According to reports, Linda visited the suspect on Thursday, September 25, 2025, and shared a meal he had prepared. She spent the night in his room but was discovered lifeless the following morning. Nana Kwaw Abbey-Quaye, Chief of Papaase Number One and a relative of the deceased, confirmed to Adom News that Linda’s body has been taken to the police mortuary for preservation as investigations continue. Ghana declares forests, rivers Security Zones in galamsey fight

The Minister for Lands and Natural Resources and Acting Minister for Environment, Science and Technology, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, has declared all forest reserves and river bodies in Ghana as Security Zones, reaffirming government’s uncompromising commitment to the fight against illegal mining (galamsey).
