Three arrested over foiled Paris bomb plot
Three individuals have been arrested following a suspected attempted bomb attack targeting the Paris headquarters of Bank of America, according to French anti-terrorism authorities. The incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, near the Champs-Élysées. A suspect was apprehended at the scene after placing a device containing approximately five litres of liquid, believed to be fuel, along with an ignition mechanism. Investigators later detained two additional individuals believed to be connected to the case. According to police sources, one of them had been accompanying the main suspect and was seen recording the scene before fleeing as officers arrived.
