Le Togo poursuit activement son ambition de réduire les inégalités entre zones urbaines et rurales, un enjeu central dans sa lutte contre la pauvreté. Le gouvernement multiplie les initiatives pour garantir un développement équitable et inclusif sur l’ensemble du territoire.
🗣️ « Une des priorités de l’exécutif est d’assurer un développement harmonieux entre les régions », a déclaré Abdul Fahd Fofana, ministre délégué chargé de l’Inclusion financière et de l’Emploi des jeunes, jeudi.
🛣️ Infrastructures, énergie et inclusion sociale : les axes forts
🔹 Routes rurales : Objectif, relier les zones enclavées aux marchés pour stimuler l’agriculture locale et améliorer les revenus des producteurs.
🔹 Électrification hors-réseau : Le programme Cizo, via des kits solaires individuels, vise plus de 300 000 foyers non raccordés au réseau électrique national.
🔹 Accès au crédit et à l’emploi : Le PAEIJ-SP favorise l’insertion des jeunes dans les filières à forte croissance, et le FNFI permet à des milliers de femmes rurales de bénéficier de microcrédits.
« Réduire les disparités, c’est aussi investir dans les personnes : leur formation, leur accès à l’énergie, au crédit et aux débouchés », souligne le ministre.
🌍 Vers un modèle de développement basé sur les communautés
Au-delà des projets d’infrastructure, le Togo redéfinit son approche du développement : une dynamique axée sur les besoins des communautés de base, portée par la formation professionnelle et une redistribution plus équitable des richesses nationales.
Ce nouveau modèle veut inscrire le pays sur une trajectoire de croissance inclusive, où chaque citoyen – de Lomé aux villages les plus reculés – ressent les effets du progrès.
