Eight UNIJOS students die in Jos road crash

Eight students of the University of Jos have died in a road crash involving a trailer and a bus on Zaria Road in Jos, Plateau State. The accident occurred in the early hours of Thursday, opposite Unity Bank, when a bus conveying the students collided with a trailer.​ Eyewitnesses said 11 people were on board the bus. Three Die in Gombe Road Crash

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has confirmed three deaths in a road crash on the Gombe–Yola Road in Gombe State. The accident occurred around 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday before the Kashere junction in Akko Local Government Area. The crash, involving two cars, was attributed to wrongful overtaking and resulted in a head-on collision.
