Ofori-Atta Faces Arrest If He Fails to Appear for Questioning, OSP Warns

The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has issued a stern warning to former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, stating that he will be declared a wanted person once again if he does not show up for questioning by Monday, June 2, 2025.This warning follows a lawsuit filed by Ofori-Atta against the OSP and its head, Kissi Agyebeng, accusing them of unlawfully placing him on the wanted list. However, the OSP clarified that Ofori-Atta had initially requested his removal from the list, assuring authorities he would appear for questioning on a specific date.
