Qdot recalls traumatic robbery experience with new release ‘28 of Sept’
Nigerian singer Qdot has revisited the armed robbery at his Lagos home in a new single titled ‘28 of Sept’, describing how the attack left him traumatised months after it happened. He says the song is a reflection of his fear, sleepless nights and ongoing struggle for peace since the incident. Qdot, whose full name is Qudus Fakoya Oluwadamilare, was robbed at gunpoint around 2:00am on September 28, 2025, alongside his official DJ, DJ Faya. The robbers stole phones, laptops and cash, and also made withdrawals and transfers from his bank accounts while security guards reportedly slept and CCTV cameras stopped working.
