Togo First: a national alternative under construction As the campaign for the July 17 municipal elections approaches , the Togo First coalition is asserting its ambitions. Composed of the CPP (Convergence, the MCD (Citizen Movement for Democracy and Development) and the PDP (Pan-African Democratic Party) , this alliance wants to establish itself as a credible alternative on the national political scene .
