“Theatre for Peace” Project Launched to Promote Unity During Elections.
A new peace-building initiative, the "Theatre for Peace" project, was launched in Accra today by the National Commission on Culture (NCC) and the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE). This initiative uses theatre, music, and storytelling to promote peaceful elections and unity among Ghanaians. The project aims to tackle potential conflicts by conveying messages of peace across the nation. Through performances, local communities will be engaged on the importance of peaceful civic participation, conflict resolution, and mutual respect, particularly targeting first-time voters.
