Ribadu warns terror sponsors of decisive action
National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu has warned that any individuals or groups attempting to spread terror or destabilise Nigeria will face swift and decisive action from the security forces. Ribadu gave the warning while addressing stakeholders at a security forum in Abuja, where he emphasised that the government would not tolerate efforts to incite violence, promote extremism or undermine national stability. He said the security architecture was being strengthened to track and dismantle networks behind terrorism, banditry and communal violence, including those who fund, shelter or provide logistical support to armed groups.
