Super Eagles hold first training in Rabat ahead of Morocco semi final
The Super Eagles have held their first training session in Rabat as they step up preparations for Wednesday’s Africa Cup of Nations semi final against hosts Morocco. The team arrived in the Moroccan capital after a road trip from Fez, where they defeated Algeria 2–0 in the quarter final. Training took place at the Complexe Mohammed VI in Rabat and started at 6:00pm local time. Officials said the session was held behind closed doors, with only the opening minutes briefly accessible to the media.
