Woman Fatally Stabs Husband Over Infidelity Claims.
A tragic incident has occurred in Abuakwa-Abakomadi in Ghana's Ashanti Region, where 29-year-old Bernice Asantewaa reportedly stabbed her husband, Kofi Antwi, aged 35, to death following a heated argument about her alleged infidelity. The confrontation took place after Kofi returned from a business trip, during which he reportedly received warnings from his brother, Joseph Acheampong, about the impact of Bernice’s alleged actions on their marriage.According to reports, the argument escalated to a violent altercation where both Bernice and Kofi sustained stab wounds. However, Kofi did not survive his injuries. Bernice is currently receiving medical treatment at Suntreso Government Hospital, while Kofi’s body has been taken to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) for autopsy.This incident has sparked discussions around domestic violence, infidelity, and the need for intervention in troubled relationships.
