Slimcase apologises to LAWMA over skit with uniform, truck
Skitmaker Oluwafemi Oladipo, popularly known as Slimcase, has apologised to the Lagos State Waste Management Authority for using its official uniform and a waste truck in one of his comedy videos without prior approval. He issued the apology in a statement posted on Instagram after concerns were raised about the content. Slimcase said the skit was created to celebrate the dignity of labour and highlight the importance of waste management and other essential professions. He stressed that it was never his intention to misrepresent or embarrass LAWMA, its workers or the Lagos State government.
