Afro fusion star Omah Lay will headline the inaugural Motherland Festival in Lagos on December 20. The event is described as one of the most innovative new festivals in the city. The three day festival will run from December 18 to 20 bringing together global creatives thinkers and cultural leaders. Organisers say it will deliver an unforgettable blend of music culture and ideas. Omah Lay recently earned his first Grammy nomination for his collaboration with Davido titled With You which has also been named Nigeria’s most streamed song on Spotify. Festival co founders said they are excited that he chose Motherland as his only Lagos show this December.
