Newcastle draw Man City Chelsea await Arsenal or Palace

Holders Newcastle United will face eight time winners Manchester City in the semi finals of the Carabao Cup. The other tie will see Chelsea play either Arsenal or Crystal Palace, with their opponents to be confirmed after the remaining quarter final.
