Veteran Nollywood actor Saidi Balogun has narrated how President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, intervened and helped save his life after he was involved in a ghastly car accident years ago. The Yoruba movie star said the crash left him in critical condition and bedridden for months, with many people doubting he would survive. Speaking in a recent interview, Balogun revealed that Tinubu and his wife stepped in at his lowest point and insisted that he be flown abroad for further medical treatment after he had first been stabilised in a Nigerian hospital.
