The Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, has formally presented the report of the committee established to review public sector appointments made after the 2024 general elections. The committee was mandated to examine all affected recruitments, appointments, and promotions, determine whether they complied with established public service procedures, and submit recommendations. Composition of the Committee The review body was chaired by Nana Oye Bampoe Addo, Deputy Chief of Staff. NITDA, NBC forge new alliance on digital transformation, media oversight

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) have agreed to deepen collaboration on digital transformation and media regulation as technology and broadcasting increasingly converge in Nigeria. The partnership was sealed during a courtesy visit by NBC Director‑General Charles Ebuebu to NITDA Director‑General Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi in Abuja.​ Abdullahi said NITDA is undergoing an internal transformation from a traditional civil service body into a high‑velocity, smart public sector institution capable of responding to fast‑changing digital realities.
