Hilda Baci celebrates third Guinness World Record title
Nigerian celebrity chef Hilda Baci has become a three time Guinness World Record holder after her September 2025 jollof rice feat was confirmed as the largest serving of rice overall. She had already held the record for the largest serving of Nigerian style jollof rice. Baci announced the new milestone on Instagram, updating her bio to “Chef X3 Guinness World Record Holder” and saying it was a surprising way to enter 2026. She wrote that she woke up as a three time record holder and was still trying to process the news.
