Court Dismisses Adjournment in GH₵49m NSB Case

The Accra High Court dismissed an adjournment request filed by the newly appointed lawyer for Mildred Donkor, the third accused in the GH₵49 million National Signals Bureau (NSB) embezzlement case. What We Found On July 29, 2025, Justice John Nyante Nyadu denied counsel Nutifafa Nutsukpui’s plea for a delay, noting Donkor had ample time to secure and brief representation before proceedings resumed.
