APC Leaders Warn Makinde Against Reckless Spending Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the outer city zones of Ibadanland, Oyo State , have called out Governor Seyi Makinde over what they describe as excessive and wasteful spending . They made their position known in a communique issued after a quarterly meeting held at the APC Secretariat on New Ife Road, Egbeda LGA , on Wednesday. Among other things, the APC group condemned the allocation of ₦63.5 billion for the renovation of the Agodi Government House and an additional ₦14.3 billion for an Instrument Landing System (ILS) at the Ladoke Akintola International Airport, Ibadan .
