Four Killed, Ten Injured in Borno IED Blast An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) exploded in Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State , killing four people and injuring ten others . The blast happened around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 , when a passenger vehicle traveling from Damboa to Maiduguri struck the device in Komala Village , located along the route. Security sources suspect Boko Haram or ISWAP terrorists planted the bomb to disrupt movement and terrorize civilians. The victims have been taken to State Specialist Hospital, Maiduguri , for treatment and autopsy.
