Gospel singer Taiwo of Adegbodu Twins dies
Popular gospel singer Taiwo Adegbodu, one half of the renowned Adegbodu Twins, has died, throwing the Nigerian gospel music community into mourning. His death was announced in an emotional message shared on the duo’s official Facebook page, where his twin brother and music partner, Kehinde Adegbodu, lamented the loss and said his heart was bleeding. Kehinde questioned how he would cope without Taiwo and their children, describing the death as too heavy a burden for the family to bear. The Adegbodu Twins were widely known for their powerful ministrations, energetic stage performances and strong presence at church programmes and Christian events across Nigeria.
