Four Lives Lost in Kebbi Boat Mishap A tragic boat accident in Kebbi State has claimed four lives , according to reports from the Nigerian Red Cross Society . The incident happened at the Yauri town market river bank , when a boat filled with water and capsized , throwing passengers into panic.
