Mahama Unveils Plan to Transform Osu Castle into Top Tourist Destination
President John Dramani Mahama has pledged to revamp Osu Castle and its surrounding area into a vibrant tourist hub. Speaking during his State of the Nation Address on February 27, 2025, he announced that the former seat of government would be redesigned to include a pedestrian-friendly zone, an arts and craft market, as well as jewelry and gold trading spaces.
