Kwabena Adu Boahene’s Luxury Properties Linked to $7 Million Fraud Scheme

Former Director of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), Kwabena Adu Boahene, is under investigation for allegedly using misappropriated government funds to acquire luxury properties in Accra. Since his appointment in 2018, Adu Boahene has amassed a number of prime real estate holdings, which authorities suspect were funded by fraudulent financial transactions linked to a $7 million cyber defense contract scandal.According to the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), Adu Boahene was involved in redirecting over GHS 39.4 million ($5.6 million) from government contracts into personal accounts.
