Hezbollah vows to keep fighting after deadly Israeli airstrike in Lebanon
Hezbollah has warned that it has no choice but to continue its armed resistance after an Israeli airstrike on eastern Lebanon killed eight of its fighters. The group said Israeli forces targeted its command centres in the Bekaa region, while separate strikes in the south hit areas linked to the Palestinian group Hamas. Lebanon’s health ministry reported that 10 people were killed in the east and two in the south during the latest round of attacks. Hezbollah official Mahmud Qamati described the Bekaa raid as a new massacre and fresh aggression against Lebanon. Qamati, speaking on the Al Manar TV channel, said the movement had no other option left to defend its fighters and the country except resistance.
