Anthony Joshua survives horror Lagos-Ibadan crash, rushed to Duchess Hospital as two aides die
Former world heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua narrowly escaped death in a fatal accident on the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway that claimed the lives of two of his aides. The crash, which occurred near the Sinoma/Makun axis in Ogun State, involved a Lexus SUV conveying Joshua and a stationary truck, with emergency crews rushing the boxer to Duchess International Hospital in Lagos. According to the Federal Road Safety Corps, five adult males were involved: two died on the spot, one was injured and two escaped unhurt, with Joshua rescued conscious but with minor injuries.
