Former Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kwesi Nyantakyi has filed a GH₵10 million defamation lawsuit against four parties, including renowned sports journalist Dan Kwaku Yeboah, Despite Company Limited, ADPU Advertiser & Publisher Solutions Limited, and Ringier Ghana Limited.Nyantakyi alleges that false and malicious statements made by the defendants tarnished his reputation, suggesting criminal misconduct during his tenure as GFA President. The lawsuit, submitted to the Accra High Court, seeks a retraction, a public apology, and a permanent injunction preventing further defamatory statements.Justice Ali Baba Abature, presiding over the case, has directed the defendants to respond within the legal timeframe.
