Minister Orders Urgent Action to Ease Traffic on Accra’s Beach Road Corridor
The Minister for Roads and Highways, Kwame Governs Agbodza, has ordered immediate remedial works to address the worsening traffic congestion along the Beach Road corridor, stretching from Osu through La to Teshie. The directive followed an inspection tour of the route, where the Minister, accompanied by engineers and contractors, assessed the condition of key intersections, including the Ring Road–Beach Road junction, Marley Dada at La Junction, Giffard Road Junction, and the Kpeshie Lagoon Bridge area—all part of previously abandoned road projects.
