Kano State Sponsors 141,715 Students for NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS Exams to Boost Education Access

Massive Investment in Education Access Kano State has announced plans to sponsor 141,715 students for the 2025 NECO, NABTEB, and NBAIS exams. The initiative, spearheaded by Governor Abba Yusuf’s administration, aims to ease financial burdens on families and promote academic excellence. Eligibility and Transparency Education Commissioner Dr. Ali Makoda revealed that all public school students who scored at least five credits in the Senior Secondary Qualifying Examination (SSQE) qualify for sponsorship. “Over 75% of candidates met the criteria,” he stated, emphasizing transparency in result access for eligible students.
