Togo : La CNDH dénonce les abus de détention provisoire et propose des réformes urgentes

La Commission Nationale des Droits de l’Homme (CNDH) alerte une nouvelle fois sur les dérives liées à la détention provisoire au Togo. Esclavage et colonisation : le Togo en première ligne pour une reconnaissance panafricaine
