FG, northern leaders clash over amnesty for terrorists

Imams hold special prayers for Tinubu, Namadi, national peace

Hundreds of Islamic scholars under the Association of Nigerian Imams have held special prayers in Dutse, Jigawa State, for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Umar Namadi and other Nigerian leaders. The session took place at the Dutse Emir’s Palace Juma’at Mosque, Garu, and focused on peace, unity and national development.​ The scholars recited the entire Quran and prayed for wisdom, strength and success for Tinubu, Namadi and state governors as they tackle Nigeria’s economic and security challenges. Zamfara Governor Seeks Prayers from Islamic Scholars for Peace
