NITDA and Cisco launch free cybersecurity training in Nigeria
The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), in partnership with global tech company Cisco, has launched applications for free online cybersecurity training. Announced on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, the initiative marks part of Nigeria’s activities for the 2025 Cybersecurity Awareness Month. It aims to equip Nigerians with vital digital skills to tackle the rising threat of cyberattacks both locally and globally. Applications for the programme are open until October 31, giving individuals and professionals a chance to enhance their cybersecurity knowledge.
