Deputy Minister Commissions Two Police Stations to Boost Security in Gomoa Central District.
On October 29, 2024, Deputy Minister for Interior and Gomoa Central MP, Hon. Naana Eyiah, inaugurated two new police stations in Gomoa Central District, Central Region, marking the district's first District Police Command at Gomoa Obuasi and a new police station at Gomoa Pomadze. The facilities aim to enhance security and provide extensive coverage across the district. Hon. Eyiah thanked President Akufo-Addo, Vice President Dr. Bawumia, and IGP George Akufo Dampare for their support, including the provision of a pickup truck and three motorbikes to aid police operations.
