Hausa Day: Niger PM, Monarchs Join Celebration in Daura
Daura, Katsina State — Thousands of Hausa people from across the globe gathered in Daura on Sunday to mark the 10th International Hausa Day, a celebration of culture, history, and unity. The event drew high-profile dignitaries, including the Prime Minister of Niger Republic, Ali Mahamane Lamine Zeine, represented by the Governor of Zandar, Colonel Alhaji Masallachi Muhamadu Sani, the Sultan of Damagaram, His Majesty Aboubacar Sanda Oumarou, the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Umar Faruk Umar, and a representative of the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman.
