Delivering a presentation on communication and interpersonal skills, Madam Addo highlighted the profound benefits of clear and precise exchanges in workplace settings. She emphasized that employees at all levels must prioritize clarity and professionalism in both verbal and written communication — whether dealing with senior leaders or junior colleagues. She also advised participants to maintain neutrality and discretion when handling sensitive matters. According to Madam Addo, communication goes beyond skill it is a powerful tool for building trust, transparency, and accountability in governance. “Communication is the lifeblood of democracy,” she said.
