Compassionate Release for Vulnerable Inmates Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf has secured the release of eight female inmates from Goron-Dutse Correctional Centre after settling their fines and compensation fees. The move followed an unscheduled visit to the facility, where Yusuf highlighted the plight of vulnerable detainees, including two pregnant women and two nursing mothers .
