Kasoa man in critical condition after mob attack over alleged refrigerator theft
A man believed to be in his late 30s is in critical condition at the Kasoa Polyclinic after he was allegedly assaulted by a mob over a suspected theft incident at Kasoa Walantu Junction in the Awutu Senya East Municipality. According to eyewitness accounts, the man was caught while attempting to remove the motor from a refrigerator that had been brought to a repair shop in the area. He was reportedly apprehended on the spot and subjected to severe beatings by some residents before police arrived.
