The Akyem Vocational and Technical Institute (AVTI) in the Eastern Region has unveiled a groundbreaking battery-powered fufu-making machine at its inaugural graduation ceremony. Designed by students and tutors, the machine simplifies the labor-intensive process of making fufu while being efficient, quiet, and eco-friendly.Unlike traditional machines, this innovation is designed to work seamlessly during power outages, making it a practical solution for homes and communities across Ghana.
