Agege partners Kunle Afolayan to groom young creatives
Agege Local Government has partnered veteran filmmaker Kunle Afolayan to empower young creatives in the area through practical training and mentorship. The initiative, championed by council chairman Ganiyu Obasa, will provide hands on skills in film, music and podcasting to help youths build careers in the creative industry. Obasa, accompanied by the vice chairman, council manager and top officials, visited Afolayan to map out a long term collaboration. He said the goal is to identify and develop promising talents from Agege, giving them access to professional productions and platforms where they can compete at national and international levels.
