Russia: No Official US Peace Plan Yet For Ukraine Crisis
Russia says it has not received any official proposal from the US for a peace plan on Ukraine, despite widespread leaks of a draft deal—including major concessions by Kyiv such as ceding Donetsk areas, reducing troop size, and opting out of NATO membership. Moscow described the plan as “heavily slanted” toward Russian interests.
