Army Arrests Suspected Terrorist Linked to Benue Gang in Taraba
Troops of the 6 Brigade Nigerian Army/Sector 3, Operation Whirl Stroke, have arrested a suspected terrorist believed to be part of a notorious gang operating across Benue and Taraba States. The suspect, 35-year-old Saawuan Wuaiyolna, was intercepted on September 18 at Takum Junction, Wukari LGA of Taraba, while riding a motorcycle, according to a statement by Lt. Umar Muhammad, Acting Assistant Director, Army Public Relations.
