Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi joins FC Porto on loan
Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi has joined Portuguese giants FC Porto on loan from French club Nice, with an option to make the deal permanent for €8 million at the end of the season. The 26 year old completed the move on Friday after both clubs reached agreement earlier in the week, bringing an end to a turbulent spell in France. Moffi has been on medical leave since November 30 following ugly scenes in which Nice players were confronted by angry supporters after a defeat away to his former club Lorient. In the aftermath of the incident, he was frozen out of the first team picture and eventually had to approach a French judicial commission to compel Nice to sanction his departure.
