Ex-Black Stars Player Granted Bail Over Alleged Visa Fraud.

Samuel Inkoom, a former Black Stars player, has been granted bail of GH¢100,000 with two sureties in connection with an alleged visa fraud case. Inkoom is accused of taking $4,000 from Madam Elizabeth Atarime Mboh Awuni, promising to secure a U.S. visa for her client, but failing to deliver. He denied the charges.In court, it was revealed that Inkoom had also collected $2,000 from another complainant, Madam Abigail Owusu, under similar pretenses. After failing to fulfill his promises, Inkoom went into hiding, prompting the victims to report him to the police.Inkoom admitted to taking the money but claimed he had sent it to a partner in the U.S. to process the visas.
